banyak kutemui disudut sudut negeri
foto foto abang penjual pentol yang memakai dasi 
juga mbok mbok penjual nasi yang menjanjikan perubahan pada negeri

ah...
apalah salah mereka?
toh......
mereka juga warga negara Indonesia tercinta?
yang berhak juga menikmati manisnya buah kemerdekaan

oh....
tapi mengapa?
mereka harus lemparkan bakul nasi jualan mereka?
mereka gadaikan rombong pentol mereka?
demi kenikmatan yang belum tentu mereka terima?

ah....
seandainya dinegeri ini tidak ada tikus tikus partai
tentu tidak ada rombong pentol yang harus tergadai
seandainya tidak ada pemimpin yang hanya bisa memberi mimpi
tentu mbok sumi masih tetap berjualan nasi

seandainya para pemimpin kita berjiwa pemberi
tentu bang romli penjual pentol tak akan berani bermimpi
seandainya pemimpin kita berjiwa pelindung
mbok sumi tentu akan dengan senang bersenandung
dan bukannya berdiri dengan dada membusung

wahai anak anak negeri
mari selamatkan kita punya negeri
sadarkan saudara kita dari mimpi
pilih pemimpin yang punya hati
yang bahkan rela mengorbankan nyawa mereka untuk negeri
bukan pemimpin hanya bisa berikan "LIMA RIBUAN TIGA BIJI"
